We offer laser and electrolysis hair removal, and are skilled at providing hair removal in preparation for gender affirming surgeries (vaginoplasty and phalloplasty). Please allow at least one year in advance of your surgery for satisfactory hair removal. We provide topical anesthetic cream at no additional charge. Injected genital anesthesia or dental blocks for facial hair removal are available for a modest fee. 

The aesthetics team at Queen Anne Medical Associates is excited to offer non-surgical facial feminization and facial masculinization using Botox and dermal fillers.

We can help with non-surgical body contouring using CoolSculpting. We have also found that microneedling can minimize scarring after top surgery (chest surgery for trans males). We offer aesthetic approaches to acne (a problem for many trans men): ask about our IPL treatments.
