We are just blocks away from the iconic tower in the city’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. 

The entrance to our underground parking is located at the intersection of West Mercer Street and 3rd Avenue West. Street parking is also available. 

We are in the Queen Anne Square office complex at 200 West Mercer Street building on the ground floor in Suite 104. 

On weekends the parking garage is closed and the building is locked, but there’s street and paid parking nearby. 

If you have a Saturday appointment, we’ll provide a special phone number to call to get into the building.
